Privacy policy

In accordance with article 24 p.1 of Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws, 2016, p.922 with amendments) and the European Parliament and the Council Regulation (EU) 2016/697 of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regards to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the directive 95/46/WE (general regulation on data protection) (J.o.L. EU.L2016.119.1) I hereby inform that: 

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Chairperson of Altertechnika LTD, LP company residing in Warsaw, 146 Racławicka Str, called hereinafter as Company; 
  2. Your personal data shall only be processed for the administrator’s duties related to job contract or agreements and can be disclosed to other entities with which the Company cooparates; 
  3. You are entitled to have the access to your data as well as to amend; 
  4. Providing your data to the Company results from the Labour Code/ Civil Code and implementing rules, the act on social insurance system and implementing rules as well as the regulations on natural persons income tax and implementing rules.
